Hackers can bypass iPhone security and access photographs, contacts and address books on devices with no need for a password, according to a report.
Hot For Security’s Graham Cluley revealed that Siri – iPhone’s voice-activated software – can help hackers bypass an iPhone’s passcode.
The hacker needs access to an iPhone, but no knowledge of the phone number.
If Siri is enabled on the device’s lock screen, a simple question – “who am I?” – will prompt the phone to reply with the owner’s name and number.
