Russian Security Breach, What do we know?

President Obama said that he is going after Russia. Even the former Senator of State Hillary Clinton also mentioned that if Russia cyber attacks, United States will retaliate and consider it as an act of war. But, if it is considered an act of war, then bombs will fly.

Does this mean World War III?
