    How We Get Permission to Text You

    Last Updated: September 11, 2026

    Mainstream Technology Group (a trade name of Viazio Group, Inc.) asks permission to text you out loud, during a phone call with a named representative. We never text you first.

    There is no sign-up form on this website. There is no mobile app, no keyword to text in, and no checkbox anywhere. The only way we get permission is the phone conversation described below. This page is the full record of it.

    1. Who we call

    Business contacts who enquired about our services, were referred to us, or are existing customers. Your number comes from that enquiry or from your account with us. We do not buy or rent lists, and we do not text any number before a call has taken place.

    2. What you hear on the call

    Near the end of the call, the representative reads this aloud, word for word:

    “Is it okay if I text you at this number about this? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.”

    The wording appears on the representative’s screen at the moment they ask, so it is read to you rather than paraphrased from memory.

    3. What confirms your consent

    You say yes out loud. The representative then presses a button in our dialer labelled “They said yes”. That press is the only thing that creates a permission record.

    Below is what the representative sees at that moment, reproduced from the dialer’s consent control:

    Read this aloud, word for word:

    Is it okay if I text you at this number about this? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.
    They said yes

    Records the wording above against this number, with a pointer to where in this recording it was said. Only click it if they agreed out loud.

    If you say no, hesitate, or the question never comes up, nothing is recorded and nothing is sent.

    4. What we store

    • the date and time;
    • the representative’s name;
    • the exact wording read to you, as quoted above;
    • the specific phone number you agreed to; and
    • a pointer to the position in that call’s recording where you agreed, so the exchange can be listened back to.

    Permission attaches to that one phone number. It does not extend to your colleagues or your company.

    5. What we send, and how often

    Replies within the conversation you are already part of: confirming appointments, sending information you asked for, and answering questions. Each message is written by a person, from that representative’s own number. There is no bulk or automated broadcast messaging.

    Message frequency varies, and is typically fewer than five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

    Examples of what you might receive:

    • “Hi Sam, it’s Jane at Mainstream Technology Group following up on our call. Here is the overview you asked for: mainstream.net/services Reply STOP to opt out.”
    • “Sam – confirming our meeting Thursday at 2pm ET. Reply here if you need to reschedule. Mainstream Technology Group. Reply STOP to opt out.”

    6. Stopping the messages

    Reply STOP to any message. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work the same way. The opt-out takes effect immediately and applies across every one of our representatives, not only the one who texted you.

    Reply HELP or INFO for our name and telephone number, or call us on (603) 285-9680 x5050.

    7. Your number is not shared

    Mobile numbers and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

    8. If you say no, or say nothing

    Nothing is sent. Our dialer will not send a text to any number that has no permission record, and that check is enforced by the software rather than left to the representative to remember.
