SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Consent

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Mainstream Technology Group, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us at the number provided. This includes:

Our SMS service is compatible with major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers. Delivery and availability may vary based on your carrier and location.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us
  • Replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message

  • Updating your communication preferences in your account settings

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from Mainstream Technology Group unless you opt back in.

Note: Opting out of marketing messages will not affect critical security alerts or service notifications related to your active account.

6. Opt-In and Help Instructions

  • To opt back in: Text "START" or "YES" to our messaging number, or update your preferences in your account settings

When you text "HELP," you will receive information about how to contact support and manage your messaging preferences.
